Silec Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 656 046 865, ABN 73 471 803 440) handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page says what this website collects and what we do with it.

What the contact form collects

The form on /contact/ asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Nothing is collected from you on this site unless you choose to send that form.

Where it goes

When you press Send, the form is emailed to info@silec.au, Silec’s Microsoft 365 mailbox, which is hosted in Australia. The message passes through Cloudflare (which hosts this site and runs the form handler) and the email delivery service that sends it, and may also be copied into Silec’s own enquiry-handling system so your enquiry is not lost. It is used only to reply to you and to follow up the enquiry you made. It is not sold, shared with anyone else, or used for marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. The bot check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) exists to stop automated spam and does not track you across other sites.

Asking for access, correction or deletion

Email info@silec.au or call 0417 918 655 and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We aim to do so within ten business days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
