One retainer. The whole stack.
A Managed Technical Services retainer gives you a set number of hours each month, one rate, and the platform that documents and monitors your systems included. Unused hours roll over one month. Business hours by default; after-hours cover is an add-on. The only thing that varies with your site is the platform's AI and hosting usage, which is passed through at cost with a monthly ceiling you set.

The same rate across every tier — the tier is just the hours. Unused hours roll over one month. Business hours by default; after-hours cover and project work outside the retainer are quoted in writing before they start. The platform's AI and hosting usage runs in your own cloud account and is passed through at cost plus a small handling charge, with a monthly ceiling agreed up front — it is never a licence, a seat or a subscription. Travel within 50 km of Bunbury is included.
Discovery & onboarding.
Three to five days on site (A$6,000–10,000, credited in full against your first three months when you sign within 60 days): we name your systems and their owners, map where the answers to your questions live, measure what takes how long today, and write the plan.
Not included, by design.
Safety-instrumented systems, control changes that affect process safety, and anything your existing integrator holds under contract — we work alongside them, not around them.
